MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING <br />HELD FEBRUARY 10, 1992 <br />ZONING FILE #1470 & #1706 - CONT. <br />Mayor Peterson asked how the Planning Commission felt on this <br />issue. <br />Mabusth indicated there was no discussion on this issue by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Bellows stated tnit the Issue was not clear to the Commission. She <br />felt t. at when creating a PRD, parameters for development should <br />be established at the beginning. <br />Mabusth noted that In addition to the 50’ setback fi-oi" ^e <br />lot line for an accessory structure, she is recommending a 50 <br />setback from the private drive be established. <br />Resolution #3069 to be amended to include special setbacks for <br />accessory structures for Application #1470 and #1706 <br />Evelyn Knapp, 4300 B-''side Road, granting preliminary approval of <br />a Class III subdivii ^n and conceptually approving a conditional <br />use permit for a PRD of 3 residential units. MCCLOUD, <br />RFCORD LOTS 16 AND 22, BIG ISLAND - <br />sGbDIVISION of a lot line REARRANGEMENT - RESOLUTION #3070 <br />Moorse exp Ialned that this applicat ion is a lot line rearrangement, <br />which provides legal lake access for a parcel. <br />Gaffron noted that in 1983 when the City designated <br />Big Isiand, Record Lot 22 retained a strip along the Iakeshore <br />adjacent to another parcel. That strip will now be combine ilth <br />the adjacent parcel. He noted once that has been <br />City will grant tne automatic lot area variance to both parcels. <br />He noted that the application had received preliminary <br />from the Planning Commission prior to the adoption of the <br />subdivision moratorium. <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Mayor Pjf^erson, to adopt <br />Resolution #3070 for Application #1661 for S. McCloud, Record Lots <br />16 and 22, Big Island, for a subdivision of a lot line <br />rearrangement. Ayes 4, nays 0.
