a. Residential construction setbacks are as follows: <br />50' front and rear <br />30' side <br />50' from Outlot D <br />26'from all areas designated as drainage <br />easements <br />b. No residential construction or land alteration shall be <br />allowed within areas that exceed 18% slope. <br />c. Accessory structures may be located in front of the <br />front line of the principal structure on Lot 1, Block 1 <br />and Lot 1, Block 2. <br />2. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br />either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or Registrar of <br />Titles Office on or before June 14, 1993 together with a <br />certified original copy of this Resolution and executed <br />copies of the easements and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has <br />not been filed by th>- date specified above.
