For the purpose of this Section, <br />the following terms have the meanings given them: <br />A. "Boat Slip, Water" means a structure, space, <br />dock or other thing designed or used for the footing, <br />storing of a boat temporarily or permanently in or on water, <br />including mooring posts buoys or other devices. <br />B. "Boa Slip, Land" means a structure, space or <br />other thing designed i used |°f*,Vlo°J?ed o^^permanently on land adjacent to a lake, whether it is looateo <br />off the licensed premises. <br />C. "Boat Slip, Permanent" means a boat slip on land <br />or water used for the s-oring of a given boat on a long-term or <br />yearly basis. <br />D. "Boat Slip, Transient" means a boat slip on land <br />or water used for the temporary storage of many different boats or <br />short ^rrriods of time. <br />E. "Joint Use" means more than two <br />activities: <br />1. More than two adjacent riparian landowners <br />sharing in the use of a single dock. <br />2.
