���� ITY F R NO <br /> C O O O <br /> �ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � 6479 <br /> �' G` tv o. <br /> ��kESH��� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY PLAN ADJUSTMENTS FOR <br /> NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 2015 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator is responsible for annually presenting pay <br /> adjustments for City employees,with the exception of employees covered by collective bargaining <br /> agreements; and <br /> WHEREAS,sufficient funds have been appropriated in the proposed 2015 Annual Budget <br /> to fund the recommended pay adjustments and such other matters of compensation as herein <br /> specified. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the Orono City Council as follows: <br /> 1. That the 2015 employee pay schedule reflecting a 1.5% base pay adjustment <br /> (COLA) effective January 1, 2015 is approved. In addition, each employee shall <br /> also receive a 1.0%lump sum payment on their base pay. The lump sum payment <br /> is not intended to increase the base pay at the end of 2015. The lump sum increase <br /> shall be equally prorated throughout 2015. <br /> 2. That the City's cafeteria benefit plan contribution be increased to $1,165 per month <br /> for employees on family coverage, $915 for single (no cash) and $431.76 for <br /> waivers. <br /> 3.
