f.- <br />1 <br />— w <br />Hov f isee <br />November 6, 1992 <br />To: OLono City Council <br />In regard to the Resolution of the City Council #2934, I*m asking <br />that the Council review the matter of the After-The-Fact Variance <br />for the deck. <br />I've decided not to proceed with the planned addition and lakeside <br />retaining walls for which there was Hardcover Removal Requirements. <br />Tn fact, we've sold the property with a December IB'uh closing date. <br />It was my understanding that the Hardcover Removal pertained only <br />to the prolposed addition and not to the existinq deck. I understand <br />that 1 would be required to pay a double permit fee for an After- <br />The-Fact Variance on the deck. <br />I would ask Council to please clarify this matter.
