Applicant <br />has provided the necessary 1 acre of dry buildable land in <br />addition to acreage within the flood fringe that is creditable <br />for a sewered lot being subdivided in the 2 acre zone. <br />Lot width standards are met, and each of Lots 1 and 2 has a <br />building envelope large enough to accommodate a residence. <br />Flanning Commission Recommendation <br />Ihe Planning Commission reviewed this application at its <br />September 21 and October 19 meetings, and voted 7 to 0 to <br />recommend approval per the following conditions: <br />i
