111992.2 <br />A RESOLOTION PROVIDING FOR <br />THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT <br />1992 DEVELOPER PEES AND ALARM USER FEES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City <br />Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under the <br />Statutes, therefore pursuant to Chapter 1, Orono <br />pertaining to payment of fees and additional <br />collection, and pursuant to Chapter 9, Orono City Cede <br />pertaining to payment and collection of Alarm User <br />attached list of properties are delinquent in nature. <br />of Orono, <br />Minnesota <br />City Code <br />cos t s and <br />as amended <br />Fees. The <br />1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County <br />Audi^^r Levy Number 12557 for the delinquent Developer <br />and Alarm User Fees. <br />2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be hereby authorized <br />and directed to extend upon proper tax lists of the <br />County and further collect said assessments the^jeon in <br />the manner provided by law. <br />3.
