Resolution Providing for Collection of <br />Delinquent Sewer, Water and Septic Accounts <br />and Recyclinq Program Fee <br />B. Assessment Roll <br />DISCUSSION - Each year the City certifies to the County all <br />unpaid annual service charges for the septic inspection program, <br />the annual recycling program fee, and all delinquent sewer and <br />water accounts of $18.00 or more, to be collected with the <br />following year's taxes. In addition to the outstanding amounts <br />delinquent the City adds 8% interest to all accounts and an <br />administrative fee to the septic accounts. At this time the <br />total to be assessed is $55,150.45 including administrative <br />charges. This amount will be decreased by any prepayments <br />received up to the final payment date of November 27, 1992. A <br />copy of the assessment roll is attached for your review. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by_, seconded by_, to adopt <br />Resolution #__ providing for the collection of delinquent charges <br />for 1992 sewer and water utility services and annual septic <br />inspection and recycling program fees.
