While they have been advised that a City of Orono joint <br />use dock license is required, we have not yet received a formal <br />application for such license. It is my impression that the <br />Association's intent was to determine whether LMCD approval was likely <br />before siaking the application to Orono. <br />The docks in question apparently have been in use as a joint ^^ck <br />situation for a significant period of time but have never generated <br />any complaints. While I cannot guarantee that a formal application <br />for an Orono joint use dock license will be approved, the apparent <br />long history of joint use would certainly act in the applicant s <br />favor. I note from our 1970 air photos that some sort of dock system <br />was in place at that time, and also note that the subdivision of <br />Pheasant Lawn was filed in 1945. <br />adopted on July 8, 1963. <br />TELEPHONE-473-7357 • FAX-4TV1514
