IT- <br />Association and shall be open to in­ <br />spection by any Member. <br />(3) To send written notice of each assess­ <br />ment to every Owner subject thereto at <br />least thirty (30) days in advance of <br />each annual assessment period. <br />(4) To foreclose the lien against any Lot <br />for which assessments are not paid <br />within thirty (30) days after due date <br />or to bring an action at law against <br />the Owner personally obligated to pay <br />the same. <br />(d) To issue, or to cause any appropriate officer to <br />issue, upon demand by any person, a certificate <br />setting forth whether any assessment has been <br />paid and the amount of any unpaid assessment. <br />Such certificate shall be conclusive evidence of <br />any assessment therein stated to have been paid <br />or the amount of any unpaid assessment. A rea­ <br />sonable charge may be made by the Board for the <br />issuance of those certificates. <br />(e) To procure and maintain adequate liability and <br />hazard insurance on property owned by the Asso­ <br />ciation and such other insurance, including of­ <br />ficers and directors' liability insurance as is <br />-8-
