ijjv* <br />(k) <br />20 <br />(h) To “^'^rce any and all covenants, restrictions, <br />and agreements applicad>le to the Subject Prop ­ <br />erty; <br />(i) To pay all real estate taxes and assessments, if <br />any, on the Common Area; <br />(j) To engage in any activities and business in the <br />Common Area which cm be appropriately and le­ <br />gally carried on t) ‘.rein for the recreational, <br />educational and civ advantage and the general <br />benefit of the owners and homes in the Subject <br />Property; <br />To promulgate and enforce reasoncd>le rules and <br />regulations with respect to the use, preserva­ <br />tion, maintenance and in^rovement of the Common <br />Area; <br />(1) To be each and every thing necessary, suitable <br />or proper for the acconqplishment of any of the <br />purposes or the attainment of any one or more of <br />the objects herein enumerated, or which shall at <br />i <br />i <br />any time appear conducive to or expedient for <br />the protection or benefit of the corporation. <br />The foregoing enumeration of powers is made in furtherance, and not <br />in limitation, of the powers conferred upon this corporation by law, <br />and is not intended, by the mention of any particular power to limit <br />or restrict any lawful power to which this corporation may be other­ <br />wise entitled. <br />4- <br />k
