4454575 <br />Z-17 <br />ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION <br />OF <br />PHEASANT LAWN HOMEOWNER*S ASSOCIATION <br />We, the undersigned, for the purpose of forming a corporation <br />under and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 317, Minnesota Stat* <br />utes, known as the Minnesota Non-Profit Corporation Act, do hereby <br />associate ourselves together as a body corporate and do adopt the <br />following Articles of Incorporation: <br />ARTICLE I <br />Name <br />The name of this corporation shall be "Pheascuit Lawn Home­ <br />owner's Association." <br />£ <br />ARTICLE II XI <br />Purposes and Powers <br />The purpose of this corporation shall be to promote the health. <br />safety, and welfare of residents within the following described pro­ <br />perty located in Hennepin County, Minnesota: <br />Lots 5, 6, 8, 15, 16, 17 and 16, Pheasant Lawn. <br />Lots 1 and 2, and Lot 3, except that part there­ <br />of described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northwesterly comer of said Lot, thence Easter­ <br />ly along the Northerly line of said Lot a dis­ <br />tance of 51.65 feet; thence Southerly to a point <br />on the Southerly line of said Lot distant 50 <br />feet from the Southwesterly corner of said Lot; <br />thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said <br />Lot 50 feet, thence Northerly along the Westerly <br />line of said Lot to the point of beginning, all <br />in "Pheasant Lawn".
