ANNUAL LICENSE FEE - ALL APPLICATIONS <br />Joint Use Dock License Application fee according to the <br />current City Fee Schedule <br />INITIAL APPLICATION FEE <br />RENEWAL JOINT USE FEE, per year <br />PLUS SLIP FEE for each permanent <br />moorage slip, lift, dry stack, <br />or buoy (1 slips § $2,00 each <br />$ <br />$' <br />$50.00 <br />TOTAL DUE THIS APPLICATION <br />$. <br />$UT. <br />A <br />LATE FEE - Renewals <br />Applications for renewal of licenses shall be made no later than <br />January 31 of the license year. The City shall not accept <br />renewal license applications received after J<m^^ 31 unless the <br />application is~accoBipanled by a late fee of $25,00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application will be <br />reviewed by the City Counr.l and, in the case of new or unusual <br />applicaitons, also b^- che Planning Commission and Marina <br />Committee. The Counci 'ill pass upon the application after <br />complete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON <br />APPROVAL OP THE LICENSE BY ThE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Section 5.42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the <br />applicant hereby requests the Orono City Council to review this <br />d:Joint Use Dock License Application, and agrees and authorises the <br />City of Orono and the City'r employees and agents to enter upon <br />the property at any reason*.i^xe time to ^ ^rform safety and code <br />compliBQce inspections. <br />Date <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />J
