The City shall not accept <br />renewal license applications received after J<m^^ 31 unless the <br />application is~accoBipanled by a late fee of $25,00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application will be <br />reviewed by the City Counr.l and, in the case of new or unusual <br />applicaitons, also b^- che Planning Commission and Marina <br />Committee.
