That your Affiant lives at 5341 Xenia Avenue North, Crystal, <br />MN, and is enployed by B. T. fc A. Construction Company, <br />Minneapolis. <br />2. That I first met Richard Hollander in 1971, when I was <br />introduced to him by his then-next door neighbor, Silvia <br />McCurdy. She did some administrative work for the company <br />that I worked for, Schwartz Manufacturing, Lester Prairie, and <br />I occasionally had to deliver some paper work to her. <br />3. Richard Hollander was doing some work on his house at the <br />time, and we started talking. When I was laid off from my <br />job. Rich Hollander hired me and we began working on some <br />joint remodeling projects. <br />4. During sla '*.ime between remodeling projects. Rich had me do <br />some work on his property, including building the deck down by <br />the lakeshore in 1974. <br />5. I am very clear that the deck was built in Summer or Fall, <br />1974, because I can place it between two other notable events <br />that year: building the addition to Riches house and moving <br />the old garage, and breaking my ankle in January, 1975. <br />- 1 -
