Hr. Hollandar also raguasts tha opportunity to <br />provida a slida prasantation at tha upcoaing October 19 Planning <br />Coasission Hearing. Survey, calculations and other docuaantation <br />vara provided for tha initial Nay 18 Planning Coaaission aaating, <br />and rafarancas ara aada in this lattar to those docuaants. <br />Hr. Hollander's revised proposal is shown in survey fom in this <br />subaission, and additional inforaation and docuaantation will be <br />provided at tha Planning Coaaission aaating. <br />This natter was tabled at tha initial Planning Coaaission hearing <br />because of concerns over tha data of tha original construction of <br />the deck and gazabo, and tha extant of tha hardcovar and satback <br />variances requested. Haabars of tha Planning Coaaission requested <br />docuaantation that tha deck and gazabo vara not built as part of <br />tha reconstruction of tha 1987 **aaga stora" daaaga and requested a <br />raduction in tha anount of hardcovar. Hr. Hollandar subaits this <br />proposal in an effort to coaply with tha Comrission's request. <br />As Hr.
