The ordinance requires a 3S* set-t>ack from the road right-of-eey* <br />The petitioner plans on removing an existing garage which Is currently lo* <br />cated right on the property line and replacing It with the new garage. <br />STAFF REC&'O^ElOATlOM: A variance bo granted bucausw of the following fectorss <br />I. The petitioner plans on removing the existing garage and constructing <br />the new garage further away from the road right-of-way. <br />2. The lot is narrow and Mr. tioi lander cannot move the structure further <br />from the road without infringing on the 76* lake setback requirement. <br />This recommendation applies to the portion of the structure which Is 20*k2S*. <br />The petitioner has not defined what the additional area will be used tor, end . <br />since it Infringes on the 7S* set-back requirement, this will have to be defined <br />before a variance could be granted to that portion of the structure. <br />Approval for this variance should, be conditioned on Mr. Hollander r <br />the existing garage. <br />Ing <br />^ver^ A."' <br />i <br />!
