We will still have a number of training nights where all members will need to be present# such as house burns# 1st responder refresher# CPR recertification and when outside instructor are brought in. This could be 4 to 12 Mondays a year. Therefore the 3 Mondays and one Monday off will probably work out to be between 5 and 8 rotations. In order for this to be successful# all members will have to be accountable for every meeting. If you have to miss one of your scheduled nights you need to make it up on one of your off nights. Also instructing of class will be delegated to every squad member sometime during the year. If you choose to instruct in pairs this means probably one class a rotation. If you solo probably
