■t* • t »•••»..••« I <br />6A—Wayzata/Orono/Long Lako, Westonka Sun^Sailor—-Wad., Oct. 21, 1992 <br />Lakewatch <br />program <br />training session <br />held Oct. 10 <br />Twenty-seven of Lake Min­ <br />netonka ’s 40 bays had represen­ <br />tatives at the Lake Minnetonka <br />Lakewatch training session Oct. <br />10. <br />The program uses volunteers <br />to take weekly readings of Lake <br />Minnetonka ’s bays for such <br />things as water temperature <br />and water quality to compile a <br />water quality data base for the <br />lake. <br />Volunteers are still needed for <br />13 bays, mostly in the Lower <br />L;»ke.
