:<• <br />tr <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Applicant shall obtain a demolition permit from the City <br />prior to the removal of the screen house/attached deck and <br />gazebo located within the lakeshore yard. <br />Applicant shall restore natural ground cover with grass seed <br />or sod to all areas where non-structural Improvements are to <br />be removed. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br />exercised by applicant first obtaining a demolition permit <br />to complete the removal of the screen house and deck <br />structure and to finally complete all hardcover removals by <br />June 1# 1993. <br />Violation of or non*compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby <br />aarees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of <br />himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to <br />the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of <br />the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 9th day of <br />November, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy N.
