The reductions reflect actions taken by the <br />Council to reduce the assessments. The assessment related to the <br />Gronberg property was reduced from $18,880.00 to $11,400.00, <br />which is the amount assessed to the other properties in the Leaf <br />and Cygnet area. The Balgaard assessment was reduced from <br />$11,500.00 to $11,000.00 as part of an easement acquisition <br />agreemenc.
