Signed and executed Flowage & Conservation <br />Easement over all drainage easement areas as <br />specified above. (See boiler plate attached) <br />D. Covenants in a form suitable for filing defining <br />location of septic areas to ensur' protection <br />prior to development and after development as this <br />will be only suitable area for septic development <br />for residential use.
