This line also agrees with the <br />shoreline shown on the original plat for August 6, 1982 <br />when Lake Minnetonka was at normal levels. <br />We noted on the survey that the lake elevation at that tine <br />was at 926.52 and should probably have added another lighter <br />line out farther to avoid any confusion. <br />Sincerely, <br />COFFIN & GRONBERG, INC <br />Mark S.
