Holiday pay was listed at Double time when it should have <br />been listed as time and a half. Time and a half is consistent with other City employee <br />compensation for work performed on holidays. <br />3.Recommended Compensation: <br />Position Rate Condition <br />Holiday Pay for Firefighters Time and a half <br />While on shift or responding to <br />calls for emergencies on a <br />holiday as defined by the City of <br />Orono's Employee Handbook <br />AGENDA ITEM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the special compensation pay as listed in the table. <br />127
