CITY <br />OF <br />ORONO <br />City of OROIVO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2918_________ <br />FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly <br />scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month: <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies <br />and one (1) copy reduced to 1"=200’. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by All <br />Metro Land Surveyors Inc, revised 12/1/90. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' <br />wide along all perimeter property lines and 5' each <br />side of internal property lines. <br />c) Designation and dedication of a public road within <br />the subject property (extension of Wear Lane North). <br />d) Dedication of 33' of right-of-way for Old Crystal <br />Bay Road. <br />e) Name plat. <br />B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Signed and executed developers agreement and letter <br />of credit for construction of the public road. <br />e) Signed and executed Road and UtiJ.ities Easement to <br />be granted to the City over area of cul-de-sac not <br />included in public right-of-way. <br />Page 3 of 4
