6. Payment to the City of a park dedication fee in the amount of <br />$400.00. <br />7. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat, <br />easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />8. Payment to the City for the final plat application fee of <br />$150.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat of Rolling Meadows Third Addition, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All lots shall achieve access via the extension of Wear Lane <br />North. No additional curb cuts shall be allowed at Old Crystal <br />Bay Road except that the City will allow existing driveway <br />serving residence within Lot 2, Block 2 until a new principal <br />structure is to be installed on the property and at that time all <br />construction vehicles must access property via Wear Lane North <br />and Outlot A. <br />2. A public road shall be installed to the northern boundary of the <br />property and a temporary cul—de~sac shall be installed at the <br />northern border. Subdividers or agents of subdividers shall be <br />responsible for the removal of the existing cul-de—sac within <br />Wear Lane North. <br />3. Septic test site within southeast portion of Lot 1, Block 1 .j <br />all septic sites within Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 must be fenced off <br />prior to any land alterations within the subject property. <br />4. Engineering plans for road must be approved by the City Engineer <br />before the subdividers' contractor can begin construction of <br />public road. Subdividers must also provide an executed <br />developers' agreement and letter of credit (to be written to 150% <br />of the value of improvements) to insure that all required <br />improvements are installed to the City's satisfacticn. <br />5. Outlot A has been created for the sole vse of Lot 2, Block 2 for <br />driveway purposes only and Outlot A shall be legally combined <br />with Lot 2, Block 2 upon the filing of the final plat. <br />Page 2 of 3
