, <br /> �Ol V� <br /> C ITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � ti <br /> � � 2 � <br /> �' G` N O. <br /> `�kESH��� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> FILE NO. 14-3676 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Lakeshore Holdings, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company <br /> (hereinafter the "ApplicanY') is the owner of the property located at 2470 Carman Street (PID <br /> 20-117-23-12-0060) within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> Lot 5, Block 1, Lehman's Lagoon, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "2470 <br /> Carman"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant is also the owner of the property located at 2490 <br /> Carman Street (PID 20-117-23-12-0009 and PID 20-117-23-12-0010) within the City and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> The north 62 feet of Lot 10, Block 1, Navarre (PtD 20-117-23-12-0009); AND Lot 11, <br /> and that part of Lot 10 lying south of the north 62 feet thereof, Block 1, Navarre (PID 20- <br /> 117-23-12-0010) Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter"2490 Carman"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has submitted an application for a lot line <br /> rearrangement involving the 2470 Carman and 2490 Carman which would relocate the lot <br /> boundary line between the properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing on the lot line rearrangement on July 21, 2014 at <br /> which time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the <br /> opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council reviewed the proposed lot line <br /> rearrangement at a regular meeting held on August 11, 2014 and makes the following findings <br /> with regards to the proposed lot line rearrangement: <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
