Date: April 15, 2024 Item: 6.1 <br />Presenter: Melanie Curtis, Planner <br />Section: Old Business <br /> <br />Title: #LA23-000062, Granite Companies LLC o/b/o Travis & Sara Wildenberg, <br />3838 Cherry Avenue, After-the-Fact Conditional Use Permit for Lakeshore Walls <br />(Staff: Melanie Curtis) <br /> <br /> <br />1.Purpose: <br />To consider an after-the-fact conditional use permit for new lakeshore slope retaining walls. <br />2.MN§15.99 Application Deadline: <br />The application was received on October 30, 2023, and considered to be complete on December 7, <br />2023. The initial 60-day review period would have expired on February 5, 2024. Staff extended <br />the timeline an additional 60-days for a review period ending on April 5, 2024. Due to the delay in <br />their plan preparation, the applicant requested an additional 60-day extension (Exhibit F).
