Kelley <br />added that if the aoplicant wishes to propose a plan showxng a <br />staix '3V exiting the rear area of the second floor, that she <br />would need to bring that back for Planning Commxssxon s <br />consideration. <br />(#4)ZONING FILE #1621-TERRY L JONELL JOHNSON <br />1045 LINDEN LANE <br />PUBLIC HEARING-VARIANCES <br />Terr^' Johnson was present. <br />Kelley opened the Public Hearing at 8:38 p.m. and asked <br />Gaffron to make his opening comments. <br />Ga^fron summarized the issues pertaining to this application <br />AS stated :.n his February 13, 1991 memo to the Plannxng <br />Commission. <br />Bellows stated that, in her opinion, the applicants' plan xs <br />overly ambitious for the property. She also stated that the lake <br />is low and makes it difficult to tell how far the xake f.-rmally <br />comes on the property. <br />Gaffron said, "There is no question that the lake is farther <br />out. The 75' setback line is measured from the riprap." <br />Bellows said, "If the applicants wish to undertake a <br />remodeling project, it must occur within the existing confines or <br />extend out ‘ in another location. I cannot allow this house to <br />creep any closer to the lake than it does currently. <br />Terry Johnson stated that he had explored other options, but <br />due to the interior layout of the house, and other setack <br />- 11 -
