Approval of conditional use permit for 9,300 cubic yards earth <br />movement, plus additional 1,000 yards of imported topsoil. <br />2. Follow City Engineer's recommendations: <br />a) Provide erosion control plan (Gronberg notified 9/24/92). <br />b) Provide silt fence along southwestern perimeter of the <br />grading area (protect culvert inlet also). <br />c) Provide a site utility plan (see item 3). <br />d) Maintain erosion protection measures until sod is re­ <br />established. <br />3. Provide no later than 12/31/92 a survey of the boundary between <br />the Cities rf Wayzata and Orono in the area of the s . te grading <br />(platted on the site grading plan). Show the location of <br />existing utility lines and the location of the 36" CMPA culvert <br />within the area of the site grading plan. <br />4. Prior to recommt'.ncing work, applicant shall obtain land <br />alteration permit ($75.00) fee), and pay after-the-fact <br />investigation fee for the land alteration permit ($75.00) and the <br />conditional use permit ($200.00).
