These concha h»ve been developed in rerponse to an <br />LCMR gram that would potentially give some dollars to purchase additional pro perty out on <br />hioxwelt Bay for the purpose of a public access. The doU^s are not guaranteed rs of yet and <br />are not earmarked for specific parcels of property. <br />Tlie DNR has been working with a committee of residents th>t live on Maxwell lay, as well <br />ai Hennepin County Engineers to design these concepts.
