The Engineer reported that this project involving <br />placement of rip rap shoreline erosion protection materials was <br />recommended for approval and noted one item set forth in the <br />Engineer’s report which remained to be received. It was moved by <br />Manager Lindley and seconded by Manager Maple that the application <br />be approved and the permit issued upon receipt of the item noted <br />in Engineer’s report. Upon vote, the motion carried. <br />92-61. Mr. Peter Carlson was present as an Interested <br />citizen. It was moved by Manager Lindley and seconded by Manager <br />L ^Bounty :o approve the permit based upon recommendation of the <br />Engineer, with Issuance upon receipt by the Engineer of the items <br />set forth in the Engineer’s report. The <br />Engineer reviewed the project, noting that item one of tne peeing <br />eshibitt had been aubmltted by Mr. Randall though not yet reviewed <br />by staff. The Engineer stated that he did not ezpect any problems <br />with the design of the erosion protection which involves <br />of a geogrld system. It was laoved by Manager Love and seconded by <br />Manager Lindley. that the application be approved and the <br />issued, the review and approval by Enqireera of the item submitted <br />by the applicant. Upon vote, the motion carried.
