p <br />Lli <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF <br />AUGUST 20, 1992 <br />MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTK'^PT <br />BOARD OF MANAGERS <br />The regular moating of the Board of Managers of the Minnehaha <br />Creek Waterah.d District was called to order by President Spensley <br />at 7:00 p.m. o.i Thursday, August 20, 1992 at the Wayzata City <br />Hell, Wayzata, Minnesota. <br />Managers present: <br />Erickson. <br />Spensley, LaBounty, Lindley, Love, and! <br />Managers obsent: Thomas <br />Also present were Board Advisors Panzer, Fyverson, Quanbeck <br />anji Smith, Tind Coordinator Klanderman. <br />Auproval^of Agenda <br />It was moved by Manager Love, seconded by Manager LaBounty, <br />that the agenda as distributed be adopted. Upon vote, the motion <br />carried unania»ujly. <br />Approval ofL Minutest <br />The Managexs^ reviewed the ainutes of Che regular meeting of <br />July U, 1992. It was OMved by Manager Lindley, seconded by <br />Manager Maple, that the minutes of the July 16, 1992, meeting to <br />approved.
