Babcock seconded, to approve <br />the minutes of the 7/22/92 Board meeting as submitted. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from persons in attend <br />ance not on the agenda. <br />CONSENT AGF:NI)A Foster moved. Conflict of Interest Policy <br />Statement to precede the I'ommittee Reports. , , •i, <br />DISCUSSION: In response to s question from Babcock as to ine <br />purpose of the motion. Burr staled the conflicl of interest item <br />should be discussed before there was discussion on any other Item <br />on the eiende. Cochran said he would ra'er postpone any discus <br />sion until ths occasion ioi a discussion arises. ^ <br />Grathwol. noting he had served »>n the c.Mseilltrr which de <br />veloped the conflict of interest statement edopted bv the Board, <br />said he would like to heer Hun's reasoning for discession el <br />this time. Hurr replied that there had been a discession of <br />conflict of interest in connection with an item on <br />Report egenda at the lest SMeiing and she feels it should he <br />discuseed before the reports.
