I <br />n <br />TOS <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Ron Moorser City Administrator <br />September 22, 1992 <br />r., <br />' <br />SUBJECT: Amendment of Fee Ordinance to Add Two New Fees <br />1.Brush Disposal Fee <br />The Council recently approved a fee of $3.00 per cubic yard <br />for the disposal of brush at the City's brush disposal site. <br />The fee ordinance needs to be amended to include the new <br />brush disposal fee. <br />2.Topographic Mapping Fee <br />The City recently completed the process of topographic <br />mapping for the northern l/3rd of the City. The cost was <br />approximately $50,000 or $8.00 per acre. The information is <br />now available to the general public. Staff is recommending <br />the fee for topographic information be set at $10.00 per <br />acre. This is similar to what other cities in the area, such <br />as Wayxata and Maple Grove, charge for their topographic <br />Information. <br />Council Action Requested. <br />Motion to amend the fee ordinance to include the $3.00 per cubic <br />yard brush disposal fee and the $10.00 per acre topographic <br />mapping fee. <br />*!
