Although the city received <br />only one bid for the salt and sand storage building, the <br />construction manager has indicated the bid price is in line with <br />the estimated costs and is recommending award of the bid. It is <br />recommended that the bid for the salt and sand storage building <br />be awarded to J. and F. Construction in the bid amount of <br />$36,409.00. <br />N
