Reduction of structural coverage. Approximate 663 s.f. of roof <br />structure over walkways and patios to be reduced to approximately <br />400 s.f. Please note that trellis roof area is not included as <br />Hardcover and tc specify area of trellis in your new calculation. <br />B. Reduce original hardcover within the 75-250' setback area. It <br />was recommended that additional landscape area underlain with <br />plastic can be removed. <br />C. Replanting schedule in light of the need to remove the two mature <br />oak trees (I thought they were maples), <br />NOTES AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />Please contact Jeanne Mabusth if you have any questions pertaining to the <br />directives noted above.
