I <br />iTr- <br />CITY of OROXO <br />2.'^ Upon application for a building permit, applicants shall <br />complete the following: <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _____________ <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />€. <br />a.To piuvide a survey locating all existing and proposed <br />improvements. <br />b.To obtain a demolition per"*^t for removal of existing <br />detached garage. <br />To provide detailed gracing and drainage plans. <br />d.To provide a planting schedule for replacement of two <br />mature oak trees. Applicants to provide size, type and <br />location on survey submitted with application. <br />All hardcover scheduled for removal w^^nin the 75-250* <br />setback area (1,617 s.f.) and as shown on page 6 of this <br />resolution shall be removed pvior to the footing inspection <br />for the new residential construction. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property <br />not with the applicants, but are permissive only and must be <br />exercised by application for a building permit within one <br />year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br />expire on that date (September 14, 1993). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br />of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />The .dersigaed applicants have read, understood and nereby <br />agi« u to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of <br />themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby <br />anree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of <br />tide of property. <br />fage 3 of 6 <br />4
