All structures meet the <br />requi ad side setback. Thera Is 863 s.f. of roofad structure to be <br />placed over paved walkways and patio. There is a decrease In <br />hardcover, but an increase of 9.1X in structural hardcover. There <br />Is an excess of structural lot coverage. <br />Johnson expressed his concern about the loss of trees and the <br />intensification of the lot coverage. <br />Mr. Pyle explained that they originally Intended tr attached the <br />garage, but because of the layout of the hou^#, it was not <br />feasible.
