The name of the plan set forth herein is <br />the "Orono School District Cafeteria Plan". It is sometimes herein referred <br />to as the "Plan". <br />Sec. 1.2 Purpose. The purpose of the Plan is to furnish <br />from the Participant's gross income under Section 125(a) of the Code. <br />Sgg, 1,3 Employer. The "Employer" is Independent School District <br />No. 278 (Orono). <br />Sec. 1.4 pffurtive Date. The "Effective Date" of the Plan is <br />July 1» 1985, the date as of which the Plan was established. <br />i
