The proposed rate schedules, and a comparison of present and proposed <br />rates, may be examined by the public during normal business hours at their <br />nearest Minnegasco office, or at the Department of Public Service, 790 American <br />Center Building, 160 East Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, MN. <br />A public hearing will be scheduled by the Commission. Public notice of the <br />hearing dates and locations will be published in local newspapers in Minnegasco's <br />Minnesota service areas. <br />Persons who wish to intervene or testify in this case should contact the <br />Administrative Law Judge, Richard C.
