On the basis of his commendable performance <br />during the past year, it is recommended that his salary be <br />increased from Level 12, Step II to Level 12, Step III of the <br />1992 Compensation Plan. It is also recommended that when the <br />compensation plan is adjusted effective January 1, 1993 his <br />salary be adjusted accordingly.
