• RESOLUTION #736 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING METROPOLITATJ WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION <br /> ACQUIRING ORONO-MINNETONKA BEACH INTERCEPTOR <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Metropolitan Waste <br /> Control Corunission acquire ownership of the Orono-PZinnetonka <br /> Beach interceptor which includes gravity sewer lines, lift stations, <br /> and force mains; and <br /> �dHEREAS, Metropolitan ��Iaste Control Commission has <br /> furnished all information on easements, etc. and necessary documents <br /> to acquire the Orono-I�Iinnetonka Beach interceptor; and <br /> WHEREAS, P�etropolitan Waste Control Commission has <br /> furnished Determination of Current Value and Debt Service Payment <br /> Schedule Exhibits; and <br /> �VHEREAS, Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has <br /> accepted all costs back to 1963. <br /> NOL�1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Metropolitan Waste <br /> Control Cor.unission acquire the Orono-Minneotnka Beach interceptor <br /> . e�fective January 1, 1977. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono , PZinnesota at a <br /> regular neeting held December 13, 197F. <br /> f <br /> , � <br /> � _ <br /> William B.
