LARSON/SUGAR WOODS MODF.L <br />Letter to Mr. Larson, continued <br />August 17, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br />Our intent was to avoid the fnishaps that could result <br />from a slight coating of snow or ice on a steeply <br />descending driveway. We foresaw not being able to stop <br />at the foot of the drive and possibly colliding into or <br />through the garage doors. We also foresee problems not <br />only in climbing the ascent to Sugar Woods Drive, but <br />once there, being obliged to check for traffic before <br />pulling out and possibly getting stuck or sliding off <br />the crest of the hill. <br />The driveway as shown on the plan addresses Sugar Woods <br />Drive at a 90° angle and allows as clear a view of <br />traffic in both directions as a driveway running directly <br />out to Sugar Woods Drive from the garage. <br />Please consider these points and give me a call for <br />further discussion. <br />1 <br />Sincerely^ <br />/Bruce W.y Schmitt <br />BWS/cs
