CITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3120 _ <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br />findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves <br />the oreliminary plat application of Greg Malik for the property located at <br />5 o60 lixth AveLe North per survey dated April 7, 1992 by Mark S._ Gronber, <br />of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., subject to the following conditions. <br />1. Applicant shall retain residence structure and accessory <br />structure on Lot 2. The existing septic system that serves <br />residence shall be abandoned at the time of shared drive <br />construction. Applicant shall install a conforming septic system <br />on Lot 2 within 6 months of the date the Certificate of Occupancy <br />is issued for new residence on Lot 1. <br />2. Applicant shall be allowed to use the existing driveway that <br />serves residence on Lot 2 during the construction of the new <br />residence on Lot 1. Upon the issuance of a temporary Certificate <br />of Occupancy for new residence on Lot 1, applicant si^ 11 have 10 <br />days to install shared drive within Outlot A and abandon existing <br />septic system. Applicant is ^^ <br />drive as close '-o the western boundaries of Outlot A in order to <br />minimize impact of shared drive upon existing residential <br />development along east lot line. The existing drive serving <br />residence »n Lot 2 shall be removed and ground cover restored at <br />the time the shared drive is installed. <br />3. At the time of final plat approval <br />Developer's Agreement and a Letter of Credit in - <br />the following improvements are completed: <br />a. Installation of shared drive within Outlot A and the <br />abandonment of existing septic system chat serves existing <br />residence on Lot 2. <br />b. Existing drive that serves residence on Lot 2 to be removed <br />and ground cover restored. <br />c. Installation of new septic system to serve residence on Lot <br />2. <br />Page 2 of 4
