" to "All properties will <br />pay the City portion of quarterly billing beginning with service <br />availability and biliing will include the Metropolitan waste <br />Control Commission charge upon connection to system". <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Qoetten, to adopt Ordinance <br />•106, Second Series, as amended. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(*•14) ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO ALLOW PARTIAL PRE-PAYMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS - ORDINANCE PIOT, SECOND SERIES <br />Butler asked that the ordinance clarify when the interest accrued <br />is to begin. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Ordinance <br />•107, Second Series, permitting partial pre-payment of special <br />assessment for Stubbs Bay sewer project ei3937, as amended.
