Preliminary Flexibility Request <br />August 20, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br />- City of Wayzata <br />4.Wayzata is proposing a building height maximum of 35', <br />and building heights in excess of 35' under a Shoreland <br />Impact Plan/CUP requiring adherence to criteria for <br />screening and building appearance. <br />Wayzata has developed a Shoreland Management Plan that goes <br />hand in hand with its 1988 Stormwater Management Plan, Their <br />clear intent is to continue the intense commercial activity by <br />limiting outlying residential densities. <br />Staff Recr.—eni.lL ion <br />No action is necessary by the Council at this time.
