She sdded that there has been discussion at the <br />LMCD regarding confiict cf interest with regards to sailors and <br />yacht clubs. <br />Goetten inquired about the ash project committee. <br />Hurr reported there has been an initial meeting, with a tour of the <br />burn facility scheduled for next Wednesday. <br />(«#3) 91782 GEORGE W. KALWEIT, <br />4285 FOREST LAKE DRIVE - <br />AFTER-THE-FACT VARIANCE - RESOLUTION 93142 <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Resolution <br />93142 for Application 91752 for George W. Kalweit, 4265 Forest Lake <br />Drive, approving an after-the-fact variance to allow major <br />structural improvements of an existing deck located within the 75* <br />setback area. LEO BULLOCK, <br />2940 CASCO POINT ROAD - <br />AFTER-THE-FACT VARIANCE - RESOLUTION 93143 <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Resolution <br />93143 for Application *1/54 for E. Leo Bullock of 2940 Casco Point <br />Road, approving after-the-fact variances to permit structural <br />repairs to an existing deck. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(S95) 91756 ROBERT E. WILSON, <br />4156 HIGHWOOO ROAD - <br />VARIANCE - RESOLUTION 93144 <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Resolution <br />93144 for Application 91756 for Robert E. Wilson of 4156 Highwood <br />Road, approving variances to permit the reconstruct ion of a three <br />season screened porch.
