ORDINANCE NO. 304 CITY OF ORONO HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING CHAPTER 94 FOR AMENDMENTS AND TYPOS TO THE SECTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Sec. 94-136 shall be amended by deleting the strikethrough text and adding the underlined text to read as follows: Sec. 94-136.Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases,when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: Lake means the lake known as Long Lake located in the cities of Orono and Long Lake, and designated as Lake Number 27016000 by the state department of natural resources.
