The City sha 11 not accept^ renewal license applications received after March ^ unless the application is accompanied by a late fee of $25.00. REVIEW PROCEDURE Whon a complete application is received, the application will be reviewed by the City Council and, in the case of new or unusual app1icaitons, also by the Planning Commission and Marina Committee. The Council will pass upon the application after complete review. THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
