Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(•17) FALL NEWS LETTER <br />Quetten felt they should send out a newsletter, and suggested <br />Including an update on Highway 12 and information on the styrofoatn <br />ordinance. <br />Butler felt that if the Cable Commission intends to include a <br />neMSletter to be sent with the City’s newsletter, they should be <br />mode to pay half of the cost. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />STREET(•It) PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING CONCERNING LEAF <br />REOOMSTRUCTION TO MSA STANDARDS <br />Jabbour asked how long the City has before they must use the MSA <br />funds for thin year. <br />Cook indicated for this year, there is no deadline for the use of <br />those funds, however. Council needs to make a decision at the next <br />Council meeting In order to allow time to draft the plans for the <br />project and get authorization to use the MSA funds. <br />iutlar asked to review the analysis before the tnformational <br />Meeting. <br />Moors# noted he will send out that information and Council may <br />discuss the issue prior to the informational meeting. <br />A public informalIonal meeting regarding Leaf Street reconstruction <br />to MSA standards has been scheduled on August 10, 1992, during the <br />regular Council meeting. <br />■ .'a' iM <br />i <br />\ <br />J
